BEFORE YOU STARTED YOUR LIFE CHANGING FITNESS PLAN, HOW DID YOU FEEL ABOUT YOURSELF AND YOUR BODY?
Before I started the plan my body was average, I was carrying a lot of body fat, and had bit of a pot belly, even tho I went to the gym a lot and thought I was eating the right foods, but I just couldn’t shift the excess fat.
WHY DID YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR APPEARANCE?
I wanted to lose my belly fat and look more lean and defined, I didn’t want to have to hold in my stomach all the time.
WHAT DID YOU EXPECT FROM THE PLAN BEFORE YOU STARTED?
I thought that I would not have the will power to stick to it, and after reading the actual plan, I just thought this will be impossible. But after the first few days once I got into the routine of cooking my meals and getting used to weighing the food it became so easy.
HOW HAS WORKING WITH LIFE CHANGING FITNESS CHANGED YOUR LIFE?
It has improved my knowledge of eating the rights foods, and at the rights times, and has given me the motivation to stick to a consistent training and meal plan. It gave me something to work towards, before the plan I would usually just do what I felt like doing on my gym visits, but having specific goals now make me more determined and motivated.
ARE YOU HAPPY WITH YOUR RESULTS AND IS THERE ANYTHING YOU WOULD HAVE CHANGED/DONE BETTER?
Yeah I am really happy with the results, I know can see my abs coming through for the first time ever in my life! and i am generally more lean and defined all over! Although over the course of the 8weeks I did break and drink alcohol a few times, im only guessing that if I had of stuck to the no alcohol ban I would look even better shape. But this is now given me motivation to keep the plan up as Dan has supplied me with a full 100 day plan, so I cankeep going on my own.

Yeah Dan was very quick to replay to emails with a day or less and usually replied to my tweets right away.

Yes Absolutely! I’m in the best shape I have been in years. I have learned so much about training and creating a healthy lifestyle for myself, also about self-discipline. I just want to say a massive thanks again for sorting me out with the plan Dan, and to make it better I was a competition winner from one of Dans Twitter contests, so this makes me even more grateful! You have done a good job!!
