Welcome to the Life Changing Fitness Superior Posterior workout plan – in partnership with Chris Spearman
This Superior Posterior plan is designed to activate some of the major muscles in the body, often, which are avoided by the general gym goer. For me, these body parts, glutes, lower back, hamstrings and calves are the most impressive, underdeveloped body parts by the general gym going public.
By using various compound like exercises to activate some of the largest muscle groups in the body we are increasing the natural production and release of essential physiological compounds such as natural testosterone, IGF-1 and human growth hormone.
