THE ‘BOULDER’ SHOULDER WORKOUT PLAN
Welcome to the Life Changing Fitness Boulder Shoulder Workout.
A common trait we find with many clients that come to Life Changing Fitness is that is they tend to overwork the front deltoid as well as incorporating all the major upper body muscle groups. They work the back, chest, shoulders, and arms; all of which can sometimes lead to internally rotating the shoulder. As a result, the muscles used in external rotation are under worked.
It’s Important that the small muscles that surround the shoulder joint are worked as equals. These are the key muscles that keep the joint functioning properly. Weakness in any of the muscles can cause instability. The following workout focuses on key areas without overemphasising front delts while proving a whole raft of exercise variety.
