BEFORE YOU STARTED YOUR LIFE CHANGING FITNESS PLAN, HOW DID YOU FEEL ABOUT YOURSELF AND YOUR BODY?
Having previously been 16Stone and dropping down to 14 stone over a period of two years I’d hit a plateau with my own diet and training methods. I was becoming tired of trying different diets and training regimes and not losing any significant weight. As a result this was starting to affect my confidence and most importantly my motivation to get fit and healthy. When I was sticking to what I thought was a good diet and after numerous weeks of sticking to it, when I hadn’t lost any weight this was so demoralising and led to “binge cheating”.
WHY DID YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR APPEARANCE?
The main reason for me wanting to change my appearance was to gain more confidence in myself as a person. Obviously the health benefits of losing weight also appealed to me but being more confident in everything I do from work to social life was the big driving factor for me. In addition to this, receiving nasty and derogatory comments from people who I thought were close to me, gave me an extra drive. I thank those people now! Thank you.
WHAT DID YOU EXPECT FROM THE PLAN BEFORE YOU STARTED?
Honestly, I was sceptical. Having tried so many diets and training regimes I doubted myself if I could ever lose weight and look good. When initially following Daniel on Twitter, I seen his progress and it made me think it couldbe done. His motivation, drive and attitude towards everything he did made me want to do something similar.
HOW HAS WORKING WITH LIFE CHANGING FITNESS CHANGED YOUR LIFE?
Its done exactly that – changed my life! I’m more confident at work and in my social life. I have a new drive, motivation and attitude to life. I have taken the lessons learned from Daniel himself and the Life Changing Fitness plan and applied them to other areas of life. The determination and self control learned through the plan I now exhibit in my studies at University. Without doubt my studies have improved through the determination to make thingshappen and the self discipline learned on the plan.
ARE YOU HAPPY WITH YOUR RESULTS AND IS THERE ANYTHING YOU WOULD HAVE CHANGED/DONE BETTER?
I am over the moon with my results. To achieve what I have in 7 weeks I never thought possible. Next time I would get a longer plan so I can keep the expertise and support from Life Changing Fitness for longer…
DID YOU FIND THE SUPPORT FROM LIFE CHANGING FITNESS HELPED WITH YOUR SUCCESS?
Daniels support was second to none! Twitter, email and even text support. Daniel responded to all emails within a day; if it was urgent even quicker. As for twitter and text support this was pretty much an instant reply. I had acouple of special social occasions/events during the seven weeks of the plan. Daniel worked these into my plan and gave me support leading up to these with regard to my diet and training and also advice on what best to eat at these events. He even offered text support one evening in case I felt “tempted” – but when you see results like you do on one of Life Changing Fitness’s plans you really don’t get tempted!
Lastly, would you recommend Life Changing Fitness to anyone else to achieve their goals?
YES! Definitely, it has been worth every penny! I’ve have achieved and learned so much from the plan. Not just in reaching my fitness goals but improving the rest of my life too. Thank You!
