So me and Michael (Performance Director of Life Changing Fitness) travelled up to Coventry to see friend and Physique Elite Personal Trainer, Kirk Miller.
We hit up 8 giant set routines in total – targeting our Quads and Hamstrings. Each giant set comprised of at least 3 different exercises and at least 12 reps per exercise. Each giant set, therefore, worked out to be at least 36 reps back to back with no rest. It was a brutal session….! Thanks Kirk!
