Before you started your Life Changing Fitness plan, how did you feel about yourself and your body?
Before starting the Life Changing Fitness plan I felt self conscious of my body and unhappy with the way my body looked. I was also unhappy with my level of fitness. I felt uncomfortable in situations where my body was on show and lacked in confidence in its appearance.
Why did you want to change your appearance?
I wanted a more toned physique and to lose some of the fat I felt had built up in my stomach area. I also wanted to improve muscle in my upper body and arms and overall gain more confidence in my bodies appearance.
What did you expect from the plan before you started?
I expected the plan to be difficult and a challenge, but one that I was willing to take on to get the results that I desired. I don’t think I expected it to be quite as difficult as it was at times, but found that the changes in my body for the better meant that the difficult times, such as cravings for food that was not on the plan, was made easier. I don’t think you can really understand the dedication and commitment that the plan required until you have started it. I also expected the plan to work and had confidence that it would be a success.
How has working with Life Changing Fitness changed your life?
I feel that my knowledge about the foods that I am eating has improved an enormous amount and that my understanding of what I should be eating and when has also improved. I feel that I have learnt a lot about my body and how it functions food and exercise wise. I have also found enjoyment from going to the gym and therefore will continue going. Overall Life Changing Fitness has changed the way I view food, exercise and has improved the way I view my body by vast amounts. I now have more self confidence in my physical appearance, which makes me feel happier and more comfortable in life overall.
Are you happy with your results and is there anything you would have changed/done better?
I am over the moon with my results and do not feel there is anything I would have done differently. I feel I pushed myself at all times and stuck rigidly to the plan that I was given.
Did you find the support from Life Changing Fitness helped with your success?
I felt the support given was helpful and informative and encouraged me to continue to achieve the end goal that I was aiming for. I enjoyed contacting Daniel every Monday with my results and felt his response motivated me even more.
Lastly, would you recommend Life Changing Fitness to anyone else to achieve their goals?
I would definitely recommend Life Changing Fitness without a doubt. In fact I already have done! It is a fantastic programme that I have absolutely no regrets in undertaking. One of the best decisions that I have made.
