Checkout my first video blog on “How to get the most out of your HIIT sessions”.

My first video blog introducing myself, where i’ve been, where i’m going and a little tutorial on HIIT training – specifically the science behind it and why i do it, and why you should do it too.

The morning sprints that i usually do last no longer than 20 mins! This is crucial! Anything over 20 mins is doing more harm than good.

repeat 10 times (20 mins total)

I usually finish off the last 1 min sprint at 20kmph just to burn it out! A killer!
