UTTERLY AMAZING 12 WEEK CHANGE – LADIES LISTEN UP!

Here i present to you a client of mine whom i personally coach at Life Changing Fitness. Her name is Clare and she is without doubt the funniest client i’ve ever worked with…

However, she is also one of THE most determined and inspirational. Here are some facts about Clare that you ladies need to know about…. facts that i HOPE change the way some of you may think dieting is about when in fact, when coached CORRECTLY, its usually the total opposite.

– She works crazy shift hours
– Age = 31
– Height = 173cm
– Starting weight = 92.3kg (14.5stone)
– Starting nutrition educational knowledge = zero!
– Eating around 1,400 kcal or less

Now…?

– Current weight = 84.2kg (13.2stone)
– Current nutrition educational knowledge = EPIC!
– Started on a meal plan which then evolved to flexible dieting. Clare now decides what she eats, when she eats and how she eats – based on what i have coached her & rough guidelines to follow.
– Eats AT LEAST 2,000kcal every day and this has been INCREASING most weeks as she has lost more and more body fat.
– She weight trains 4 days a week with 1 day a week for small cardio and conditioning stretching/core work. Total weekly cardio = well under 1 hour.

Clare and I are going to continue to work together as we focus on her remaining goals and then reevaluate from there. Although 12 weeks is the initial short term goal length, at Life Changing Fitness, we are all about lifestyle changes and guidance.

Give it up for Clare… this girl is SMASHING IT!
