BEFORE YOU STARTED YOUR LIFE CHANGING FITNESS PLAN, HOW DID YOU FEEL ABOUT YOURSELF AND YOUR BODY?

Ok – average nothing more nothing worse. I was stuck in a rut doing the same stuff in the gym and eating the same food having good days and bad. Always felt like needed direction to improve.

WHY DID YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR APPEARANCE?

Wanted to tone up and loose some fat.

WHAT DID YOU EXPECT FROM THE PLAN BEFORE YOU STARTED?

I knew it would be hard from the start, I would have to manage my time carefully and plan my meals and workouts to fit into my working day.

HOW HAS WORKING WITH LIFE CHANGING FITNESS CHANGED YOUR LIFE?

Massively, I have learnt so much about myself and body, the affect my mood and triggers can have on me. What I can achieve, what was hard at the start was so much easier at the end. I see food, gym work and daily “routine” differently to previously and know what I need to do to achieve.

ARE YOU HAPPY WITH YOUR RESULTS AND IS THERE ANYTHING YOU WOULD HAVE CHANGED/DONE BETTER?

I’m happy with the results and glad I did it. If I went back in time I would have pushed myself more in the gym even when sore and tired.
