Before you started your Life Changing Fitness plan, how did you feel about yourself and your body?

I felt terrible about my body and my self-esteem I had tried so many things to lose weight and it was futile. I ended up gaining weight until I weighed in at 241 lbs. This also caused me to be very depressed. I was thinking it was a hopeless cause and was beginning to think this was what turning 60 was all about.

Why did you want to change your appearance?

I had entered the Body For Life competition in 2000 at the age of 46. I wasn’t as heavy but I had accomplished a lot, it was costly with the supplements but my body responded to it except I was lean but not very much muscle gain. I stayed in decent shape up until 2006 when I suffered a stroke due to the medicines I was required to take was not at the correct dosage. After 5 days in Intensive Care I was released, I couldn’t talk louder than a whisper, walk without a walker, and eat any solid food. I tried to get back to the condition I was in prior but the stroke left me very weak.

What did you expect from the plan before you started?

I expected to see results. Daniel had gone from an out of shape individual and then transformed himself into where he is today. So anyone that walked the talk, I expected to see results. There are so many online programs out there and all types of supplements to do this or that…..however, I had faith in Daniel in his program.

How has working with Life Changing Fitness changed your life?

I have a renewed confidence about myself. My stomach has gone away, I sleep better, I feel better, and I’m starting to feel like I am young again. I have even received comments from some of the other gym members where I go admire at what I have accomplished.

Are you happy with your results and is there anything you would have changed/done better?

I am very happy with my results. Of course, to get to my goal will actually take a lot longer but I know when I reach it, I will have done it correctly and the results will last. There have been no fad diets or supplements.

Did you find the support from Life Changing Fitness helped with your success?

The support received from Life Changing Fitness did help with my success. I was held accountable and if I failed to do something in the workout plan, I was questioned about it and no excuses were acceptable. I also received encouragement when needed from Daniel , the personal attention you wouldn’t necessarily get with an online trainer.

Lastly, would you recommend Life Changing Fitness to anyone else to achieve their goals?

I would recommend Life Changing Fitness to anyone that wants to change their body and their mind. If I can accomplish what I have done so far at my age and with my health conditions, then anyone can do it and it has all been based on what was in the plan. I followed Daniel’s guidance and direction and I have seen RESULTS
