Before i started the plan i had a strange feeling towards how i looked. I had what you might call a t-shirt look. I looked good in a tight t-shirt but once i took that off i didn’t really look liked i work out. I had little confidence, but now i can proudly not wear a t-shirt and feel like i have a good body.
WHY DID YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR APPEARANCE?
I wanted to change my appearance to improve my self confidence. I also wanted a body that accurately matched the efforts i had been putting in at the gym.
WHAT DID YOU EXPECT FROM THE PLAN BEFORE YOU STARTED?
From before the plan i expected that i would be hungry all the time, eating food i didn’t like and feeling weak. It was the total opposite in truth.
HOW HAS WORKING WITH LIFE CHANGING FITNESS CHANGED YOUR LIFE?
Working with you has made me feel so much more confident. The best result i would say though is my knowledge has been improved so much. I understand how important it is to stick to a consistent clean diet. I now have family and friends asking me how they too can get in shape. I feel i have the tools to share some knowledge with them.
ARE YOU HAPPY WITH YOUR RESULTS AND IS THERE ANYTHING YOU WOULD HAVE CHANGED/DONE BETTER?
I am 100% happy with the results achieved on this plan. I just wanted to shift some fat i had round my belly. What i didn’t realise was though that i would look more trim all over. My arms and chest look so much more defined andi can’t actually believe i can see abs now when i look at my mid section.
DID YOU FIND THE SUPPORT FROM LIFE CHANGING FITNESS HELPED WITH YOUR SUCCESS?
The support given by Daniel Wheeler definitely helped me stick on my plan. If ever i had a question he would reply quickly. If i was tempted to eat something not on the plan he would give me a reply that would make me see that ididn’t need the treat and to stick to the plan.
Lastly, would you recommend Life Changing Fitness to anyone else to achieve their goals?
I would and already have recommended Dan to my family and friends that want to get in better shape. It’s not every day you can say that someone who has been in Men’s Fitness will do you a fitness and nutrition schedule for a very good price, and the proof is clear that it works if you stick to it.
Once again Dan i just want to say thankyou so much. You provide your clients with all the info they need to achieve the body they want, they just have to want it and stick to your plan.
