Before you started your Life Changing Fitness plan, how did you feel about yourself and your body?
Before I started my plan, I was feeling quite low and definitely think I struggled with my self esteem. Over the period of a couple of years, I had lost weight by trying to eat “better” and exercise more. I got to a stage where nothing was changing and I was exhausting myself doing too much of the wrong exercises. I knew I had a very unhealthy relationship with food and I desperately wanted a lifestyle change.
Why did you want to change your appearance?
I didn’t like what I saw in the mirror. I was sick of being the fattest person on a night out. I wanted to buy nice clothes and I wanted to feel proud of my appearance. My number one aim was to lose fat and have a more tones appearance.
What did you expect from the plan before you started?
I had no real expectations. I hoped someone could help me break my unhealthy relationship with food and I also hoped I could get some guidance on what exercises to do / best foods to eat for weight loss.
How has working with Life Changing Fitness changed your life?
More than I could have hoped for. I am fitter, healthier, more positive and have broken the cycle of rewarding myself with food. I was dangerously close to getting type 2 diabetes (the rest of my family have it) and I now feel like I am getting towards a weight range where this will no longer be an issue.
Are you happy with your results and is there anything you would have changed/done better?
I am incredibly happy. I only wish I could start another 12 week plan – I am excited to see what I can achieve next. I will miss the structure of the plan. I will start saving for another one!
Did you find the support from Life Changing Fitness helped with your success?
Excellent. When my coach was on holiday I was able to contact someone else. And my coach even messaged me from Thailand to see how I was getting on!!! Anytime I had a question, I received a response within minutes.
Lastly, would you recommend Life Changing Fitness to anyone else to achieve their goals?
Yes I would. And I have! I have a colleague who has recently signed up with Life Changing Fitness and I have told many others about what they can do to help!
