Will has built a fruitful career in working ‘1 to 1’, building tailor made exercise programmes that precisely match client needs and goals. He knows exactly how to give you the ‘feel good factor’ – and does this so well so that you won’t feel like you are exercising at all! Will can also apply sports technique exercises that will strengthen your core and seriously improve your muscular endurance.

Will learned his craft way back when working full time at Cranleigh Golf Club – where he provided personal training to a variety of golfing clients. Since then he’s branched out, having completed courses in a variety of fitness areas that can be of real benefit. These include Boxercise, Keister Cycle, VIPRs and Circuit Training.

Will has also developed his education in weight and nutrition management, core stability and TRX.  This means that he can not only guide you on the sort of exercise regime you should follow, but also what to do about your nutritional balance.
