WOMENS SHOULDER & BACK WORKOUT PLAN
Welcome to the Life Changing Fitness Shoulders and back workout just for women!
This one is for those ladies who want to really improve their back and shoulder definition. This workout will focus on the rear shoulder caps (rear delts) as well as the lats and lower back.
Us women should look to lift as heavy as we can, whilst still maintaining form as our muscles are usually better for that kind of training. We want to develop a strong back that will act as a good foundation to all the other lifts that we do – including our other upper body workouts.
