Welcome to the Life Changing Fitness Leg Annihilator workout
The legs are arguably the most important elements of your body to train. At Life Changing Fitness we are very passionate about having strong quads, hamstrings, hips and glutes! Why? Well, the Glutes are the biggest muscle group in the body and are vitally important when stability and strength is needed for all major lifts. Having strong glutes can help improve your chest press for example.
Equally, having a strong hip structure will dramatically improve all major lifts when combined with a good solid glute foundation.
This workout is designed to test your leg strength to the maximum. Leaving the gym having totally emptied yourself and struggling to walk out – let alone in a few days after!
