Welcome to the Life Changing Fitness Legs of steel Plan by David Lawson
The program is designed around the Poliqun principles where science is the basis for program design, using scientifically sound principles to achieve your desired goals. The exercise selection, rep range, tempo, and sets are defined on the basis of these principles.
This program is intended for beginner/intermediates with a basic level of exercise knowledge and fitness. It comprises alternating leg exercises of antagonistic muscles with the aim of recruiting higher threshold muscle fibers. The rep range can be altered to focus more heavily on strength training or at the other extreme, endurance. The program should take approximately 60 minutes to complete, including warm up, and should not take more than 80 minutes.

David is a Biochemist, originally from Dublin where he graduated. David currently works in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industry in the UK/Europe where he is responsible for all aspects of drug and device development, manufacture and approval.
David discovered his passion for exercise and training at the age of 16. Since then he has completed his National Qualifications in Health and Exercises studies and Personal Training. In addition to this, David has completed a number of Poliquin courses including PICP.
Over the past few years David has focused his attention in the fitness model category where he has competed in Miami Pro. In addition to this he has also written for Mens Health magazine and completed numerous photo shoots.
