Welcome to the Life Changing Darren Farrell – Arms Plan
For arms you will see here I start with triceps- I actually vary this every week. For the workout itself I don’t go crazy on volume- I do 5 exercises on each focusing on all the heads of both triceps and biceps. I hit them quite heavy for the first for exercises and by then they should be broken down so I finish with an fst-7 simply to get as much blood into the muscle at the end and get an insane pump.
