Probably the first thing we all do when we start in the gym is Chest and Arm, but how strong are you? My goal was always to bench double my bodyweight. This in my opinion is a valid measurement of strength. For strength, we start off doing a few heavy sets on the bench before branching off into general hypertrophy followed by a fascial stretch exercise and then on to triceps.
