Welcome to the Life Changing Fitness Back & Biceps workout plan – in partnership with Chris Spearman
This Back & Bicep plan fits in nicely with the Superior Posterior plan (also available in this series). I find stimulating my back twice in the week is ideal for maximum growth and by breaking these sessions into upper back/lats and lower back/posterior chain it allows me to recover better while still getting an increased frequency of stimulation to the back muscles through-out the week. I try to finish off the back session with a fascial stretch exercise (as I do with most body parts) that happens to tie in nicely with warming up the biceps.
