Myself & Zac hit up a crazy high rep leg workout. Focusing mainly on the quads, we hit 15 supersets – each superset containing at LEAST 20 reps and 2 exercise variations.
Intensity was at the max, banter was sky high and we both flirted with the limit of our physical capacity. Was an epic workout. The last drop set was just stupid…. no recommended for anyone who is human! hahahaha
My particular highlight is the last 5 mins where Zac throws in a sickening 105 rep drop set which resulted in me collapsing on the floor and smacking my head on a near by treadmill. Almost passing out from the drop set, i was surprised this didnt knock me out!
There is no better feeling that training with someone who is like minded and as equally as sick in the head when it comes to training legs. #BroLove
