HEAVY Back and Tricep workout featuring Kirstie Riddle

So Kirstie and I are both training for a competition 3 months away. We are cycling our workouts and this particular split was all about lifting HEAVY for a 4-6 max rep range per set. 3 sets per exercise.

Take a look at how heavy Kirstie can lift for her size. Bear in mind she only weighs 50kg…. this girl can LIFT! She is going in for 4 categories for Miss Galaxy in June. We are not walking away without anything less than a top placement!
