DANCE AND BODY CONFIDENCE WORKSHOP!
LADIES! Its finally here… the second #STAYSASSY dance and body confidence workshop!
We will be having a super fun evening of BEING SASSY and most importantly FEELING CONFIDENT, all led by the AMAZING Healthy Chef Steph. You will learn how to strut, pose and bring out your inner SASS and beyonce moves during the evening. Steph along with her team will teach and break down a fun dance routine for all to enjoy and take part in.
WHERE YOUR MONEY IS GOING TO:
Stephs first event was to raise money for the wonderful Saint Christopher’s Hospice that helped her gorgeous, sassy Nan in the last few weeks before she passed after her battle with Lung Cancer. In her last event she was over the moon to help them and raised £500 for them!
Steph has now decided to set up her own charity called the Stay Sassy Foundation. Her dream is to support as many charities as she can from eating disorders to domestic abuse charities to hospices like Saint Christopher’s. 50% of all profits will be going towards making that a reality. 80/20 along with Step, hope that this is the start of something HUGE where we can support those in need by the masses.
Sadly this event is GIRLS ONLY and LIMITED TO 35 TICKETS as its all about female empowerment and body positivity!
