1,000+ Rep Leg workout with Kirstie Riddle

So today me and Kirstie hit up our LAST big weighted workout before our photoshoot on the 6th May. This was a stupidly insane leg workout and topped over 1,000 reps. Here are a few clips from the workout, filmed at the awesome Locker 27 Gym – Weybridge, Surrey.

Due to there being some children in the gym, i wasn’t able to post ALL the videos up. Unfortunately the world we live in means i could be seen as a pedophile by having them in the background. I’ve tried to edit them out as much as possible… Hopefully you can still get the gist of the epic workout!
