Right, well i thought it was time that i post a little progression update
I’m 5 weeks out from my FIRST EVER photoshoot. The photos below will show you what i have managed to do in the last 10 weeks. You will notice that A LOT of the gains have been accelerated in the last 3-4 weeks. My metabolism is now sky high, and this is clearly shown in weeks 7, 8, 9 & 10.
Fat loss is still a priority, however i am now working on building lean mass for the next 5 weeks. I am doing this by enhancing my diet, hitting the gym twice a day and training SMART! The last 2 weeks up until the shoot will involve carb depleting and hydration cycling to get the skin wrapping on the muscles as much as possible.
Its important to note that i now no longer stand on the scales. My weight is now increasing, but as you can see from the photos, its not due to fat!
My goal is to be a cover model. I’m a few more months out from this yet, but as you can see, my progression is now at an all time high and i’m very close to smashing my goals. Not bad for someone who was over 22stone 2 years ago huh 😉
